Changes made:

After my print feedback, I decided to use a slighlty different photo for the right insert to give me more room for the text.
The compositional change from portrait to landscape has worked really well, but I'm not sure about the placement of the writing


Update:

I spoke to Evie and Georgie about it who are also taking media, and both of them agreed that the writing looked slightly cramped in each corner.  Georgie suggested that I put the main part of the text in the top left hand corner (like option 2) but have the signature in the bottom right hand corner (like option 1)
I intend to do this to see if it looks better
